Dear Dr. Silfen & Staff,
I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the excellent care I receive throughout my pregnancy and labor and delivery experience. Thank you for always listening to my concerns and respecting my choices. You all went above and beyond my expectations. Phone calls with my concerns and questions were always handled with genuine concern. Thank you to all the nurses for keeping me company during my long visits towards the end. Thank you to Yunia for always being so friendly during my ultrasounds. Most of all, thank you Dr. Silfen for helping me have the labor and delivery I wished for. You respected my desires, but were there for me when I needed a doctor the most. Thank you!
